it’s a wrawp

Today I wanted to share with you my latest, healthy food find  called WRAWPS! I am absolutely in LOVE with this product. There’s SO much to share here – and here’s what you need to know. Wrawps are similar to a tortilla, though they are “grain free” and made with everything clean and good, including veggies, coconut, apple, flax, spices and herbs. They are gluten-free, dairy-free, raw, high in fiber, low in calories and carbs, loaded with nutrient-dense ingredients and taste delicious. They come in many different flavors including original, spicy, spirulina, energizing and more. I’ve been loading up on all of them. Feel free to eat right from the bag, or try my little trick of heating them up quickly on the stove top, about 5 seconds or so on each side. This makes them warm and ready for any ingredient you desire to put inside, like protein, veggies, nut butters or smashed avocado. Lately, I’ve been enjoying them with tuna or smoked salmon, some avocado and a bit of fresh spinach. I also eat them plain or top them with almond butter as a super quick and healthy snack.
