They’re the perfect healthy treat when you need a little lift and decadent deliciousness to keep you going for hours on end. .

Sweet & Sexy Chocolate Treats
(Paleo, Gluten & Dairy Free)


3 TBSP of Coconut Oil

1/4 cup of Cacao Powder

1/2 cup of ground nutsĀ  (almonds, hazelnuts – or cashews work great too!)

3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 TBSP of raw honey

Parchment paper

How to make:

1. Melt the honey and coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Once combined, add the cacao, ground nuts and coconut and mix together in a bowl. (FYI – a Magic Bullet works great to ground the nuts.)
3. Pour mixture onto a small baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Form into a square when cool to touch.
4. Refrigerate until hardened. Break into bite size servings.
5. Eat, savor & enjoy! (*Best to store in container in refrigerator or freezer)
